I don't think it is all that great to be honest, it's good but it's not one of their best. I think that it was rushed and that for self confessed perfectionests, they didn't really take enough time with this one.

The songs dont have a smooth flow, hard and pumping one minute to soft and mellow the next. It was choppy and I thought that this time around, Rammstein tried to hard to be different.

I think it's a really good album. It's my third favourite... That's after Mutter and Sehnsucht!

I love Stirb Licht Vor Mir, just because they took a change in their album doesn't mean that they are going to stay that way, I think we will end up with an awesome 6th album. A mix of romantic and headbanging songs. I think because they have used different lyrics and had a different feel on this album doesn't mean that they are going to stay that way, and that we should have faith in their work!

GO RAMMSTEIN!

I am probably going to get bitch-slapped for this but I prefer Rosenrot to Reise Reise. Don't get me wrong, Reise Reise is a good cd but I found it really lacking something. The lack of stellar tracks surprised me except for Reise Reise, Mein Teil & probably their best ballad Ohne Dich which is absolutely amazing. Most of the rest of the cd I didn't care for although Los is growing on me. Maybe for me after Mutter it was a bit of a disappointment. I didn't initially buy Rosenrot after my disappointment with Reise Reise but a friend of mine said I should get it. I'm glad I did. I think Universal made a mistake though releasing Benzin as the first single as it's probably the weakest track on the cd. I think they should have released Zerstoren as the lead single as that track kicks ass & pretty much wipes the floor from Reise Reise. It's probably one of the most aggressive tracks I think they've ever done. There are only a couple of tracks I skip on this cd compared to Reise Reise. I think Rammstein toured with the wrong cd but hey that's just my opinion.

This album for me was the romantic interlude for Rammstein.

..and I love it! :P Even Te Quiero Putaaa!

Like Paul said in an interview, the next one will be heavier.

So no worries for those who prefer their heavy side

Rosenrot to me isn't really all that great. Definatly my least favorite of their albums, but it doesn't "suck". I like it ok, and i really like "Mann Gegen Mann" and "Rosenrot" but meh... i like their heavier stuff better.

This is my second favourite album! It was the one I got mein mutter to like R+ with. My first favourite is Reise Reise, I love it! But back to topic, I like the Gothic atmosphere of Rosenrot. Just another facet on the precious gem that is R+!

Don't forget, Lauren, that this was the leftover songs from Reise, Reise and it was released only a year after that album too. We really shouldn't expect too much from Rammstein within less than a year lol.

I loved Rosenrot. Most impressed I've been with any album after the first listen! Reise Reise disappointed me though. There was too much hype around it and I got my hopes up...

I still listen to RR quite a bit. I've always enjoyed it. I listen to it more than Reise Reise.

Not too good, but good enough.

It seems like the power, the anger and the fire have clinged off a bit from the earlier CD:s. Personally Sehnsucht and Mutter is my favourites,
