Prostitution is legal in Switzerland? Didn't know. Other than that, this boxes look like a total libido suppressor to me. I mean, you can get more intimacy and comfort in a public toilet.
And this part here is just brilliant: "With the women right by the sex boxes there is no 'travel time' so they can deal with more customers."
Take that fast-sex industry!
We should start building Love Hotels like the ones in Japan...
@nola - well, we managed to break our couch and one of our nightstands, while our two little tables in the living room were unstable as hell.
I bought all of that for 200$ from a guy who was leaving our apartment building right when we arrived there and our apartment was completely empty, so we desperately needed SOMETHING. So I guess it's a little unfair for me to look the gift horse in the mouth. But he paid full price for them and used them for about 2 years before he had to relocate to some other place in Canada. Later we got a brand new IKEA bookcase which we had to assemble ourselves and it was a pretty tedious procedure with a questionable success. My boss usually comes to us whenever he buys something from IKEA and he's like: "Guys, who wants to assemble my IKEA furniture? Oh, come on, I'll give you 30 $!!!".
Also, I find most of their furniture rather ugly. They resemble this style I call "socialistic realism". The furniture in Bulgaria during the communism era looked like that and since it was all we could get, all apartments looked the same. I'm quite sick of it, really. The funny thing is that here in Canada IKEA is the affordable alternative for graduate students like me. Most of my colleagues own or have owned something made by them. In Bulgaria however their stuff is ridiculously expensive and is regarded as luxurious even though we have much better looking and crafted things in the stores nowadays. Go figure.
We disposed of our IKEA furniture (sans the bookcase) and bought new one from other places two years ago. Which is the reason why we couldn't go to see Rammstein in Montreal back then.
