I know it's not dinner, but the other day, I had homemade Kombucha - now that was something new to me!

We had a friend's delicious homemade Reibekuchen with Kräuterquark, a typical German dish that is vegetarian. He makes it sooo good! It's basically just raw grated potatoes, carrot and onion that is fried in oil in a pan. It's usually served with sweet apple sauce or a kind of salty yoghurt sauce with herbs.

We usually eat the market on Saturdays.

Thursday is a bit of treat day since I'm studying until very late in the evening. Since we have the organic market in my neighbourhood on Thursdays my husband and I usually have some thin vegetarian pizza and Kwass ( a fermented bread drink, common in Eastern Europe) or some warm apple wine with honey. Sooo good.

Just some left over coleslaw and a piece of rye bread with cheese.
I was in not mood whatsoever to cook dinner today. :rolling:
