John Irving, A prayer for John Meany. This is a loan from my stepdad. Apparently when he meet my mum and they lived in different cities, Edinburgh and Glasgow, they swapped books, this was the first book he lent my mum, she enjoyed it and carried on seeing him so....it must be a good read.

I recall beginning "A prayer for Owen? Meany", is it the same book? I'd begun it during a holiday, I enjoyed it, then I left the host house with a bad feeling because I hadn't enough time to finish the reading :)

By the way, is it :x: that they have "In stillen Naechten" in catalog, and not "Messer"?!?!?

On Amazon it's sold from 500 € to 900 €

I've been reading a bunch of historical romance novels by Johanna Lindsay lately. Most people who know me would be surprised that I do,lol.

Lol, I love historical romance, even though otherwise I'm a fantasy and horror reader. But it's my 'guilty pleasure' or whatever. Right now I'm reading Three Weeks with Lady x by Eloisa James ^_^

@kary Get reading! You will love it if you have as much admiration for Manson as I do. It's a bit of a headf :x: k but has great humour, a lot of heart and shows us the real man behind the make up. A real page turner that you will read time and time again...enjoy!

Just started reading The Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith aka JK Rowling. Only about 50 pages in but it's interesting so far :)
